Tampa Bay Fashion Week is a group that aims to form community connections through shared experience and appreciation for the fashion industry locally and beyond. Therefore, all Tampa Bay Fashion Week events have a zero-tolerance policy for intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning materials or conduct in any form related but not limited to gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, race/ethnicity, physical appearance, religion, disability, or beliefs.
We understand that many of us may not share the same opinions or views, nor do we all come from the same background or have the same experiences, and as such, our goal is to utilize these differences in a positive manner by creating a safe space for expression. In order to achieve an inclusive and accepting environment, we expect all attendees to exhibit the following:
• Be considerate and respectful to all parties (TBFW staff, venue personnel, fellow attendees, etc.) when speaking and otherwise.
• Be mindful of your surroundings and your fellow participants.
• Respect the rules and policies of the TBFW staff, venue, and other authorities.
• If you experience or observe any violations of the outlined and implied parameters, please speak to a TBFW staff member to handle accordingly.
